Dr Marcin Marcinkiewicz
CEO, Attorney-at-law
Dr Marcin Marcinkiewicz is an attorney-at-law and an experienced manager who has held positions on the management and supervisory boards of Polish and EU companies, including listed companies. He specialises in economic consultancy for Polish and EU entities.
Marcin Marcinkiewicz holds a doctorate in law, graduated from the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. He was, among others, a member of the management board for investments of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, a member of the supervisory boards of investment funds listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and a coordinator of the investment department in the development group PROFBUD. He has gained experience working for reputable law firms and consulting companies (Weil Gotshal & Manges, Dentons, Deloitte). He specialises in difficult economic consultancy processes aimed at diagnosing problems of enterprises and leading to effective changes, as well as in civil and criminal economic processes.
Józef Marcinkiewicz

Józef Marcinkiewicz Esq. is an attorney-at-law having over 40 years of experience. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Józef Marcinkiewicz Esq. is a recognised expert in procedural law, civil law, commercial law and business law. He has participated in providing legal services to the largest Polish companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and has assisted leading representatives of the Polish business and media industry. He has successfully represented his clients in court proceedings, prepared complete transactional documentation of many business ventures and numerous legal opinions in the area of civil and commercial law. He specialises in dispute resolution and litigation, as well as corporate law, civil law and commercial law.
